The Göritz family moved to their American home. Cleaned up interiors make a serene private world in a rare low-rise-high-density community. Once state of its art, still extending inside out, and providing distant vistas onto the Tennessee River, campus, downtown, and to the Cumberlands, it is a statement for essentials of place and space .
