The Göritz family moved to a new project in Lakemoor Hills. A Shakeresque house in a picturesque English type garden setting represents a piece of real Americana, as if it was taken from Herbert Ypma's 'American Country'. The setting of this estate now waits for a redesign to a modern dog-trot within lush gardens. The House on a Mound in a Park Setting on a Peninsula in East Tennessee is in progress. First impressions show the spirit and potentials of the house and its setting, turning it into an object that expands its space inside out into this lush wooded estate.
